PortAventura Business & Events It is carrying out an expansion of the infrastructure of its convention center that will allow it to reach a total extension of 20,000 square meters, 6,000 more than at present, at its completion, scheduled for November. It will have a total of 24 rooms and a maximum capacity for 6,000 people.
The new building, which is completely integrated into the landscape, as well as the existing building, will have natural light, like the rest of the rooms and common spaces of the Convention Center, it will incorporate the so-called Rome room, divisible into three a total area of 2,110 square meters, and with capacity to accommodate more than 2,000 people.
In construction, aspects such as sustainability and environmental respect have been taken into account. Likewise, work has been done, since its design and building phase, for the use of natural resources and the minimization of the impact on the landscape.Natural light will be one of its characteristics, as will the Mediterranean terraces and gardens surrounding the building.
