From a master plan, the intervention in the Castell de Verdú has meant both its recovery and structural consolidation and the recovery of its most emblematic interior spaces. From its origins, initially documented in the eleventh century, although probably of previous origin, the Castell de Verdú does not stop growing and incorporating spaces over a period of time ranging from the twelfth to the eighteenth centuries

The interest of this building is as a consequence of its extraordinary stylistic and constructive heterogeneity that the intervention has always wanted to respect and value, recovering the spaces for collective use provided in the master plan, becoming the most important sociocultural equipment of the municipality of Verdú
